Initiate your return by emailing our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your EcoFlow device in its original box with all accessories and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund
Once we receive and inspect your item to confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
